  • After preparing this CMA, we'll meet with you to present our findings and to update you on current market conditions.
  • We'll walk through the home with you and suggest tips to ready the house for marketing.
  • The installation of the KIM Key Access will take place immediately.  This allows a key to be readily available to REALTORSî showing your home and allows you freedom to come and go as you please without worrying about staying behind to let anyone in.
  • A professional FOR SALE sign is ordered for installation.
  • We immediately enter your property onto the Calgary Real Estate Board's MLSî system.  This makes the information on your home available to over 5,000+ Real Estate Professionals and has been called the strongest real estate marketing device in the world.  MLSî Online then makes your home available to thousands of potential homebuyers on the web.
  • Order a Land Title Search to check for any unusual restrictions and covenants.
  • Your home will be processed through the MLSî system's JUST LISTED hot line, notifying the 5,000+ Agents that your home is now on the market.
  • Prepare and deliver the initial ad in the Calgary Real Estate News in the New Listings section.
  • Prepare and deliver the initial Feature Sheets to you.
  • Prepare and deliver a full colour home brochure complete with high quality images, plenty of home details, neighbourhood information and more.
