Working with Jon is his wife Silvana. Silvana, who has worked in the field of real estate since 1987, has worked directly with Jon for 19 years and brings an extensive knowledge of marketing and advertising, desktop publishing, secretarial and complete customer service.
Silvana and Jon offer a unique partnership often out of two locations, work and home. Two locations allows them to execute their desire to meet your needs 24/7 even when the rest of the world isn't working! Operating two Canon's ImageRunner Series Stand Alone Printers, Silvana designs and prints all of the marketing and advertising brochures designed to get your home noticed and sold as well as developing and implementing newspaper and magazine advertising.
She works with Jon's assistant Sandra Russell to ensure that each listing is posted to all the necessary websites and that all the marketing and advertising is in place to draw the most amount of interest and attention. A properly developed marketing campaign cannot only connect you and your home with the right prospects, but it gets everyone talking about your house.
One of their major focuses is to maintain on-going relationships with customers. Jon and Silvana love keeping in touch with everyone they've worked with and have developed many working relationships that have withstood the challenges of time and change. They work hard to stay in touch with all of their clients no matter how long ago they worked with them.
Silvana was successful last year in securing sponsorship with the Calgary Flames Foundation for Life, Calgary Hitmen Education Association and the Calgary Real Estate Board Charitable Foundation Home at LAST Crestwood Campaign. She has also worked with the Better Business Bureau® Serving Southern Alberta to ensure Jon Dick and Associates Realty meets the highest standards possible to serve the public.
